  My grandma had a water leak, my husband and I drove 30 minutes to go get everything we needed. We got the wrong size, so my husband had to go back to the store and get the right size. He spoke to a women when he walked in and showed her the receipt and told her what he needed to do. She told him to take the bag back there and when he got the correct size they would fix everything. He asked another employee that was on the same aisle as him and they said yes that was fine. When he got to the register the manager Tina told him he was stealing and they needed to pull the cameras, she proceeded to tell him the policies and that it was his fault the employees told him the wrong thing. He was held for 30 minutes and they didn't even know what time to look on the cameras. She saw that he didn't take anything and just walked away. She never apologized or anything. The other employees were apologizing because they knew she was wrong. We use lowes a lot but if this manager Tina works there we will not be using it. It was harassment and we will handle it accordingly.

  I was very disappointed that I had to ask 3 times and wait over 20 mins to get assistance and then the nice woman who did finally help after watching others posing for selfish instead of helping couldn't find the item we needed. The computer showed 4 in stock and they were no were to be found.
