  Only gave a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Since I switched from Verizon, this AT&T store has given me nothing but trouble. Every single bill since January has been messed up and I have had to call 611 countless times each month (FYI: the 611 associates hung up on me multiple times after 10-20 minutes of being on hold and 30-40 minutes of being on the phone total). The store is always under staffed so you have to wait a while just to speak with someone and then they take even longer, so expect to be there a solid hour and a half to two hours. Spent 3 hours just to set up my plan to begin with, but I wasn't mad because they were friendly. When I got my bill and it was $250 more than it was suppose to be, I went back up there and the lady got rude and acted like it was my fault the bill was so high. Overall just not a good experience and has been such a stressful hassle.
